The Dimplex 28" Opti-Myst Open Hearth Electric Insert creates the most "true-to-life wood burning fire experience of any electric log set. Using patented ultrasonic technology this unit makes use of water vapor to create the illusion of smoke and rising flames. Bright colored lights are projected onto the water vapor as it rises from the log set to create something so amazing you have to see it in person to truly appreciate it. The logs are each crafted by hand and individually wired with LED lights to give the illusion of inner glowing/smoldering logs. Updating an unused fireplace or replacing an existing gas fireplace is a cinch with the Dimplex 28 Opti-Myst insert.

Simply assemble, place in the fireplace and plug it in. The log insert includes an easy to fill water tank that will last between 12 and 14 hours of continuous operation.
